I went in once, and there was this jackass named Doug in line complaining he had to show his Chase card to get change for a $20. Not sure what the problem really was because he just used it at the ATM. He also was telling people how much he saved on car insurance with Progressive, and how he had a 2 for 1 coupon at Shop-co for water mellons. Doug really knows how to make wise business decisions.
Withdrew $60 from ATM and charged a $3 ATM fee. No problem. My Schwab checking reimburses me for ATM fees. Went into the Chase lobby to get change for one of my $20's. Only one teller and what appeared to be a manager in the bank besides me so not busy. Teller stated that once I showed a Chase debit card she would give me change. Are you kidding me? You can't give me change for a $20 unless I show you that I have some type of account with you? I closed my Chase checking account because of high fees and this type of impersonal service. Don't they realize they are just shooting themselves in the foot? Maybe it's time to shop my mortgage I currently have with Chase to a business that is less draconian, more human and wouldn't think twice about taking a couple of seconds to make change and help someone out.
Tutaj wyrobiłem sobie pierwszą w życiu kartę płatniczą - banki jednak te same na całym świecie - oczywiście kolejki.
