I stayed at the grand canyon for a 3 night vacation. During that time I ate at the bright angle lodge 4 times 2 times for breakfast, 1 time for lunch, 1 time for dinner. The breakfast at the coffee shop was quick and fairly prices. Lunch and dinner were good as well. Prices were fair, service was excellent and food was ok. Dinner service was a bit slow so be warned
Room was comfortable. No air conditioning but it gets cool at night and there's a table fan.. Some rooms don't have a private bath. Beds are full size not queen. Rooms close very noisy which kept waking us up. Close to the rim. Loved it!
Everything was great! Weather was perfect. Service was great. Only complaint was construction going on at cabins but that was only a minor problem they had no control over. Crowded at times but not excessive. No lines or waiting anywhere. Bus service was great. November is a great time to visit! Other than the construction a 5* experience.
We had lunch here here. Our server was excellent. Very nice, quick and too the point. Food was pretty decent and well priced for a touristy area. My wife and I had sourdough bowls which were very filling. The bread was a bit soggy though. My seat was also a bit busted but that didn't seem to be the norm. Overall, great lunch!
Excellent location for sunrise, sunset, or any time of day viewing of the canyon. All you have to do is walk outside. This also means close proximity to the crowds of grand canyon village. Rooms are rustic but cozy and comfortable.
