Pro: Excellent location, had rooms available, and staff was nice.
Currently under remodel. Difficult to find at night. Front desk fair service. Amenity of indoor spa and pool nice. Buffets way overpriced in restaurant.
Conveniently located to the park entrance. Stayed in one of their suites. Very nice accommodations and on site restaurants.
The room was basic, but nice and clean. The service at the reception desk was friendly and enthusiastic. We did not try the lounge, spa or restaurant. Breakfast was not included and seemed a bit expensive to pay extra. The location is fantastic to visit the Grand Canyon south rim and in walking distance of some restaurants. It is very busy, packed with tourists (as is to be expected at this location).
Nice hotel. Recommended.
Cons: Restaurant was pretty bad, expensive, rooms weren't very nice, and there was a lot of noise in the early morning and late nights.
Overall I wish it was less than $300/night, but we still had an excellent time as we were more concerned about the location.
